The Foundations

A 4-class introductory package designed to guide you through the full Flow & Forge method.

*For new students only*

Perfect if you’re new, returning to movement, or ready to create a consistent routine in a calm, supportive way.

To get the most from your experience, classes are recommended weekly and should be used within 4 weeks.

The Practice

A flexible package for 8 classes, to help you build consistency and keep showing up for yourself.

Over time, regular practice helps you feel stronger, move with more ease, and stay connected to your body, both on and off the mat.

Valid for 3 Months

The Reset

A single pay as you go option.

A simple way to step onto the mat, whether you’re trying it for the first time or returning when you need it.

Ideal if you’re new, easing back in, or just want to try a class before committing.

If you’re unable to attend, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance so your space can be offered to someone else.

Late cancellations may be charged.

1:1 Flow & Forge

A personalised 45-minute session designed around you, your body, your needs, and where you’re at right now.

Blending yoga, mobility and strength, these sessions help you feel stronger, move more freely, and reconnect with your body in a calm, supportive space.

No pressure. No expectations. Just focused time for you.
